The Team

Sue Brady

Owner of Barbers Point, Sue has been in the West End as a barber since the mid 70’s, cutting and styling her way through every fashion and back again! Sue owns up to being a mod and a hippie but her heart remains in the seventies. Passionate about the 60’s styles and Mod cuts of then and the eighties, Sue is now on a mission to help new young mods and existing mods to achieve the look they need for their lifestyle.

Sue believes in good customer service and satisfaction and she continues to work to that end within her salon to ensure it is a key factor in the experience that is Barbers Point.

Allie – (* Signs for Deaf Clients)

Allie is the all singing, all dancing member of our team! Quite literally! She’ll talk for England and be guaranteed to keep you entertained. She ballroom dances, juggles, can play the violin, but probably, her best asset is she bakes the meanest cakes! (Not good for us at Barbers Point).

Allie has been working with Sue since 1986 and remains a crucial cog in Sue’s wheel. An expert in all areas of cuts, styles and Shiatsu massage. Allie’s commitment to good customer service is second to none. A south London girl, you will be entertained for certain and be warned, once she knows you there will be sprinkling of cheekiness! You have been warned!

Sarah joined our in 2006 and has quietly and unassumingly been a reliable and valued part of Barbers Point. Very calm mannered and modest, Sarah interests are varied. Whilst probably remaining our most traveled member of staff, and recently improving her already good command of conversational French, she continues to enjoy her love of walking and yoga. Sarah did spend 5 years living and working in Paris and her skills as a hairdresser have taken her as far as India on a regular basis.

She can be relied upon to remember the names and dates of everything when the rest of us are having temporary memory loss! Sarah has much experience working as a barber in London, which greatly compliments the standard of haircuts and service offered in the salon. She is also qualified in Shiatsu massage.

We are very pleased to welcome Suzanne who has recently joined us, and who does, somewhat, add a touch of glamour to the team! Suzanne has been assistant manager at The Refinery in the city and Harrods. Manager at Alfred Dunhill barbers and for the last two years been the face of GO247, a brand that we are now pleased to have launched at Barbers Point. She has worked on men and womens’ global photo-shoots and for the last two years on the London Mens’ Fashion week.

With such experience, you are guaranteed to be in safe hands! Outside of her commitment to the industry, she is a passionate fashionista, and embraces London living with all it has to offer with her love of the arts, film and photography.
